The Role

  • Looking for an AI Product Engineer excited about product thinking and technical execution.
  • Early career candidates with strong product instincts and technical skills encouraged.
  • Work alongside senior engineers and product leaders.
  • Own meaningful pieces of features from customer insight through production.

Who You Are

  • Product thinker with engineering foundations: budding product instincts; technical background in CS fundamentals, React, TypeScript, Python; able to prototype ideas and ship MVPs; learning fast toward independence.
  • Energized by customer discovery: curious about customer problems; comfortable joining customer calls; asking thoughtful questions; developing product conviction through conversations.
  • Strong UX sensibility and visual taste: not a trained designer but knows good UX; notices flow issues; cares about spacing and hierarchy; forms strong opinions on usability.
  • Exposure to AI-native product development: experience building projects using LLMs or AI APIs (production/internships/personal); understands tradeoffs in AI products including non-determinism and user expectations for probabilistic systems.
  • AI-native builder who moves fast: uses AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, Replit for rapid prototyping and testing ideas.
  • Own outcomes, not just features: cares about success metrics; talks to users; analyzes data; iterates based on learnings rather than just closing tickets.
  • Bring energy that elevates others: sees product problems as puzzles solvable by customer insight and experimentation; enthusiasm raises team standards.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in product management or product engineering roles.

What You'll Do

  • Own meaningful pieces of product features: work with senior team members to understand problems; take ownership from prototyping through shipping; make product and UX decisions with technical context.
  • Build and ship across the stack: write code in React, TypeScript, Python; use AI-assisted development tools to move fast; ship MVPs, gather feedback, iterate.
  • Learn to bridge AI and user needs: collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to understand technical possibilities; translate into customer-loved experiences; develop judgment on where AI adds value vs complexity.
  • Grow through experimentation: build conviction by shipping/learning not theorizing; run experiments; analyze results; develop intuition via rapid iteration in high-trust environment.
