Were looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Fingerprints platform and API products. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, technical depth, and cross-functional alignment. As a Technical Product Manager, you be responsible for setting direction, driving execution, and ensuring our products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives, with a specific focus on our Platform services, JavaScript Agent, and APIs which play a key role in supporting and delivering our flagship products: identification and smart signals. This role is ideal for someone who loves focusing on the developer persona who can zoom out to align strategy with long-term vision and can zoom in to unblock complex technical initiatives.

What You Be Doing

• Define and drive product strategy for technical areas including our Platform management & server APIs & JavaScript Agent
• Partner with Engineering Management & Product Marketing team to ship & launch scalable secure performant systems
• Create clear roadmaps that align with customer needs business goals architectural strategy
• Partner with customer success to drive technical product discovery requirements gathering cross-functional planning with stakeholders
• Deliver crisp lean PRDs that capture user requirements & "why's" behind them
• Create powerful documentation that helps drive adoption & developer success
• Develop frameworks & KPIs for evaluating success & product quality across API & platform initiatives

What You Bring

• 3-6 years of product management experience.
• At least 3 years professional experience in software engineering particularly within SaaS & developer experience teams.
• Strong technical background in software engineering & cloud computing technologies with strong grasp of JavaScript & related technologies.
• Deep experience in technical domains such as infrastructure APIs security developer platforms or backend systems.
• Strong technical fluency & ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear product direction.
• Understanding of semantic versioning related to SDKs/server APIs along with impact on SDLC process.
• Ability to reason about product decisions focusing on end-to-end latency/API reliability.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams shipping high-impact high-reliability products.
• Exceptional communication stakeholder management problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS or developer platform environments (experience in security identity device intelligence or data platforms is a plus).
• Role requires proficiency with macOS comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack Google Workspace Zoom.
