Job Description
- Role: Contract Recruiter based in Mexico, remote, mid-level.
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, fluctuating based on needs.
- Pay: $20 to $35 USD/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract engineers, designers, and tech leads.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
- Search candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack/Discord communities, and local networks.
- Network in person throughout Mexico with local organizations, universities, and tech education programs.
- Screen candidates for technical alignment and communication skills.
- Advise on Mexico talent market trends, compensation expectations, and candidate behaviors.
- Partner with hiring managers to align priorities and timelines.
- Track weekly progress and adapt strategies to meet hiring goals.

- Fast, high-quality hires for hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Reduced time-to-source and time-to-hire.
- Strong candidate relationships and smooth experiences.
- Proactive communication and data-driven decisions.
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
- Knowledge of the Mexican tech market and compensation trends.
- Fluent in English.
- Ownership mindset, fast-moving, clear communicator.
