Responsibilities:

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract engineers, designers, and tech leads.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Search candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Slack/Discord communities, and local networks.
• Network in person throughout Mexico with local organizations, universities, and tech education programs.
• Screen candidates for technical alignment and communication skills.
• Advise on Mexico talent market trends, compensation expectations, and candidate behaviors.
• Partner with hiring managers to align priorities and timelines.
• Track weekly progress and adapt strategies to meet hiring goals.
