About the Role

We are looking for a Track and Trace Coordinator to monitor the real-time movement of freight and ensure timely deliveries across our network. In this role, you will be the critical link between customers, carriers, and our transportation team — keeping shipments on track and resolving issues before they escalate. You will work across carrier websites, API systems, and our Transportation Management System to maintain accurate ETAs, update load statuses, and handle exceptions with speed and precision. This is a high-ownership, communication-heavy role where your attention to detail directly impacts our service quality.

Most Important

• 1 to 3 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) customer service
• Direct, hands-on experience with both Less Than Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL) shipments — this is non-negotiable
• Proven track record in active shipment tracking, tracing, and high-accuracy data entry
• Strong working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and carrier tracking portals
• Advanced English fluency (written and spoken) for coordination with US-based teams
• Based in Latin America (Latam) — fully remote position

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with API-based tracking tools or EDI systems
• Prior experience handling freight exceptions such as damaged goods, missed pickups, or transit delays
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
