The Video Operations Manager role is within Snowflake’s Brand Marketing organization. The manager is responsible for building operational systems that enable creative teams to deliver high-quality video work predictably and at scale. This includes owning the end-to-end operational framework for video production, partnering with leadership to define operating models, maintaining a Video Operations Playbook, managing intake and capacity planning systems, overseeing project status visibility and reporting, handling operational escalations, coordinating cross-functional partnerships, aligning production timelines with business goals, managing budgets and vendor relationships, tracking KPIs related to delivery and efficiency, and continuously optimizing workflows using data and AI-assisted tools. The role requires 8–12+ years of experience in video production operations or related fields, strong understanding of video workflows and creative tools, ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset toward AI technologies. Preferred qualifications include experience in technology or AI-driven organizations, supporting distributed teams, familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools, budget management experience, proficiency with project management tools (Wrike, Workfront, Asana, Jira), and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Compensation range: $122K – $160.6K Locations: Menlo Park, CA and Dublin (Hybrid)
