About the Role:

  • Strategic and hands-on VP, Head of People to build and lead HR/People function.
  • Reports to EVP of Operations.
  • Partners with executive leadership to shape culture, scale organization globally.
  • Balances strategic vision and operational execution in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

People Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute People strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Advise EVP of Operations and leadership on organizational design and culture.
  • Build and scale high-performing People/HR team.

Talent Acquisition

  • Own global hiring strategy across technical, GTM, G&A functions.
  • Build recruiting processes, employer branding, talent pipelines.
  • Forecast hiring needs; ensure diverse hiring outcomes.
  • Optimize recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience).

Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience

  • Shape culture supporting performance, inclusion, innovation.
  • Drive engagement, retention, feedback mechanisms.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion.

Performance Management & Development

  • Design performance management frameworks.
  • Build leadership development and succession planning programs.
  • Enable managers with tools/training; drive learning initiatives.

Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards

  • Develop/manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Partner on equity compensation strategy and benchmarking.
  • Align rewards with performance and objectives.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Scale HR processes/policies/systems for global workforce.
  • Ensure employment law compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee HRIS, analytics, reporting; manage employee relations.

International & Remote Workforce

  • Support global expansion (hiring, compliance, cultural integration).
  • Build scalable processes for distributed/remote workforce.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance on planning and workforce costs.
  • Partner on change management and scaling initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years progressive HR/People leadership; 5+ years senior leadership.
  • Experience scaling HR in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation,HR operations.
  • Experience with global teams and multi-jurisdictional employment practices.
  • Strong business acumen aligning HR strategy to company outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership,communication skills; data-driven mindset.
