LOCATION

This position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and vision to change the work/life paradigm). Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events.

THE ROLE

VP, INFLUENCER MARKETING

The VP, Influencer at Acceleration Partners is a unique role that will own both the vision for and the outcomes of our influencer marketing team. The VP, Influencer will be responsible for a) defining what influencer marketing is at Acceleration Partners and how it is delivered, and b) supporting our growth through thought leadership and market communication. This is both an internally and externally focused role; as the VP, Influencer will own the P&L for the influencer organization, they will be expected to drive success across both top and bottom line metrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 10+ years combined influencer marketing & client services/agency experience
• Proven track record owning/scaling business line or portfolio
• Experience leading Managers & cross-regional teams
• Deep expertise in influencer marketing strategy execution & measurement
• Strong understanding of integration with affiliate & partnership marketing
• Financial acumen including forecasting margin management & P&L ownership
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally
