Role Description
Dropbox seeks an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning Business Partner to join the Strategic Workforce Planning team. The role focuses on delivering data-driven workforce solutions supporting People team, Finance, and Business Leaders. Responsibilities include executing workforce planning vision and roadmap, developing insights and visualizations with company-wide impact. The role suits someone analytical, collaborative, and able to build technical solutions from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Lead headcount management processes including requisition tracking and scenario planning.
- Build and maintain workforce dashboards for real-time leader insights.
- Partner with Finance on supply/demand analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with People Analytics and TA Operations for predictive analytics.
- Conduct external benchmarking and refresh workforce metrics.
- Support annual company-wide workforce planning processes.
- Contribute to HR technology roadmap initiatives including Workday.
- Drive long-term strategic workforce planning projects.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic workforce planning or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build technical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams.
- Experience with HR technology tools (e.g., Workday).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in finance or business operations a plus.
Compensation
Estimated salary range CAD $104k-$141k (approx. USD $80k-$110k).
