Working Student - CPO Project Management

Summary

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support project management and workflow automation at HeyCharge. You’ll help coordinate projects across teams, streamline processes, and build smart automations that keep our fast-moving startup running efficiently. This is a hands-on role with real impact in a scaling clean-tech company.

While hardware is required for EV charging, it’s incidental to our core offering: our powerful platform simplifies the entire lifecycle of EV charger management. As a full-service Charge Point Operator (CPO) in Germany, we work with leading property owners and asset managers to deliver turnkey charging solutions. Responsibilities

Support the definition and execution of processes related to site offer generation, build-out, and go-live
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, sales, partners) to keep projects moving smoothly
Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to workflows
Design and implement automation and AI-powered tooling to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual work
Maintain clear documentation of processes and project status for internal stakeholders
Assist leadership in tracking milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress

Qualifications

Um unser nächster Elektromeister zu werden, brauchst du:

Enrollment at a university in Germany (Bachelor or Master level)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Interest in workflow automation and project management tools
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Fluency in English; German strongly desired.
