If you're driven, want to contribute to real impact, and thrive in an environment that moves quickly, we'd love to meet you. 💡 Your Mission: Own inbound support and drive great resolutions As a Working Student in Customer Support, you own inbound cases end-to-end across voice, chat, and email, working closely with Technical Support to solve issues fast. Your shifts cover evenings and weekends, when nurses need us most. 🚀 Your Daily Business - No two shifts are alike
- Manage inbound voice, chat, and email support during your shift
- Own cases end-to-end - triage, follow-up, and clear handover
- Partner with Technical Support on complex issues and escalations
- Cover evening and weekend shifts in a rotating schedule, planned weeks ahead
🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
- Enrolled student (Bachelor's/Master's) - active enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract
- First customer-facing experience (jobs, hospitality, retail, or similar) and clear, empathetic communication
- Structured problem-solver, comfortable with everyday tech (apps, logins, permissions)
- Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts; fluent German (C2) and solid English
